How I Spent Spooky Season! - Halloween 2022

Hello everyone! Welcome back <3 I hope you all had an amazing Halloween :) (that is, if you celebrate it! If not I hope you had an awesome weekend <3) I thought today I might show you all what I did this Halloween season! So let's not waste a second and get started 👍

So on the 22nd Me, Mckayla, and my Dad went to hand out candy at our town's Truck or Treat (I know it's Trunk or Treat, but our town calls it Truck or Treat 😅) Mckayla was dressed as Buffy from Buffy And The Vampire Slayer (1997-2003)

Here's the Inspo:

And My Dad dressed as Jack Torrance from The Shining (1980)

Here's the Inspo for that costume:

Only true fans will know why my Dad chose a croquet mallet as Jack's weapon, instead of an axe!

I dressed as Rose from Titanic (1997)!

My hair and makeup got a bit messed up because it was CRAZY windy at the Truck or Treat, and I took these pictures when we got home :)

Here's the Inspo for my Rose outfit:

It was a super easy costume to do because we already had the dress from an event we went to a few years ago, and, well my hair already looks like Rose's so that was easy :) Let me know what you think?

Here are some more pictures of the Truck or Treat!

Here's our set up! What do you think?

More serious selfies 😅

I was trying to show you guys the back!

Next! On the 29th me and my family ate snack food, played Spades (for the first time! It was very fun!), and we watched The Shining (1980)! It was my first time watching it and I really enjoyed it <3 If you like horror movies, you will for sure love The Shining.

Me and my twin dressed up as Merry and Pippin from LOTR! Which is one of my favorite movie franchises EVER! Now this wasn't our final costumes! We did have a few finally details to add.

Here we are! On Halloween, with our final costumes completed! We just had to add our fake feet! I think this might be our best Halloween costumes ever <3 Next week I will do a post on how we made our hobbit costumes!
We decided to go Trick or Treating (which me and Mckayla haven't gone to in 3 years, and my twin ('Tony') hasn't gone in like...9 years? (If you guys saw this video: Let's Talk AG! Podcast Episode: 3 Me and My Mysterious Twin Review AG's NEW! Historical Doll! You'll know why we call her Tony 😅) It was lots of fun! And we got TONS of candy! But, unfortunately me and Tony couldn't have LIKE HALF THE CANDY, because we have BRACES! Sorry, that was really crazy 😆
Can guys guess who Mckayla is dressed as? A few people (at Trick or Treating) knew who she was, but most people thought she was a sailor 🤣 My Dad was Jack Torrance again, he totally slayed that costume! My Mom wore the cutest shirt (it says This is Boo Sheet, with a cute little ghost on the front) and she wore some very cool, spooky makeup!

Here's a close up on the feet! Before Tony took her socks off 😅 I think they turned out really awesome <3 Let me know what you think? But you know what I just realized, do Hobbits really have that big of feet? Because when I was looking at inspo picks, they didn't really look that big. Am I crazy?

More selfies for you all!

I know Merry doesn't wear makeup, but I just felt like doing some! Plus it's very light makeup, so I'm sure you can't even tell <3

Later! Once we got back from Trick or Treating (at like 6:30, probably) we had dinner, which was chicken sandwiches and waffle fries 😋 If you guys are looking for sandwiches that taste almost exactly like Chick-fa-la without supporting them. We found some at Sam's, and I highly recommend them! They're so good :)
Then we watched It's The Great Pumpkin: Charlie Brown, and ate candy <3 Overall it was a really great Halloween! But I would like to know...How was your Halloween?
I will see you guys next week! Have an amazing day <3 Bye!
